A pretty and festive way to enjoy fruit and yogurt, these healthy snacks are equally delicious with apples, oranges or your favorite in-season fruit.
Makes 4 servings
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup granola
- Core and dice pears.
- Place about half of pears at the bottom of 4 parfait glasses or tall tumblers.
- Top each glass with 2 tablespoons of yogurt and 1 tablespoon of granola.
- Repeat, making another layer of pears, yogurt and granola. Serve immediately.
