Hummus Dippers

As far as kids are concerned, veggies are meant for dipping and dunking. Hummus, a dip made from mashed chickpeas, is a healthy alternative to high-fat mayo-based dips. Try buying different flavors until you find your family’s favorite.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients
1/4 cup purchased roasted eggplant hummus (or another flavored hummus)
1/2 cup assorted fresh vegetables: red and yellow bell pepper sticks, zucchini, summer squash sticks and sugar snap peas

Directions
1. Prepare/cut veggies, if necessary.

2. Serve with hummus.
