Poppin’ With Flavor Popcorn
For your next family movie night, choose light microwave popcorn -- a natural whole-grain snack -- and add Parmesan cheese for extra flavor and calcium.
Makes 2 servings (about 6 cups each)
1 bag microwave light-butter popcorn
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1. Microwave popcorn according to package directions.
2. Pour popped popcorn in bowl; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
