Snack Attack

Ham ’n‘ Cheese Stuffed Eggs

This is a great snack to make with kids, who can peel the eggs, mash the yolk mixture, then fill the eggs.

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients
6 large hard-cooked eggs, peeled
1/4 cup finely minced flavorful ham
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese, plus more for top
4 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
1 teaspoon yellow mustard

Directions
1. Cut each egg in half lengthwise.

2. Pop out yolks and place in zip-lock plastic bag.

3. Add ham, cheese, mayonnaise or sour cream, and mustard to bag.

4. Close bag and mash ingredients together until they are well-combined.

5. With rubber spatula, force all mixture into one corner of the bag and snip off corner; squeeze some filling into each egg-white half. Sprinkle with a little more cheese.
